Quick and Healthy: Espresso Protein Shake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled (or strong brewed coffee)
  2. 1 cup almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
  3. 1 scoop gluten-free and dairy-free protein powder
  4. 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener of your choice (optional)
  5. Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew a cup of espresso and allow it to cool. Alternatively, you can use strong brewed coffee.

  2. In a blender, combine the cooled espresso, almond milk, gluten-free and dairy-free protein powder, and sweetener (if using).

  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, you can add ice cubes and blend again.

  4. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness if needed by adding more sweetener.

  5. Pour the Espresso Protein Shake into a glass and enjoy!

Feel free to experiment with the recipe by adding spices like cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor. Enjoy your gluten-free and dairy-free espresso protein shake!
