No Bake Oatmeal Bars

These super easy to make Oatmeal bars are chocolate-y and fudge-y and make for a great mid day snack or dessert! They only require 6 ingredients and only need 30 minutes to set in the fridge! They are also dairy free & gluten free! 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Method:

1) Line an 8 x 8 square inch pan with parchment paper. 

2) Mix together all of the ingredients in the bowl and stir together.

3) Smooth the mixture into the pan until it is smooth and packed in as much as you can.

4) Freeze for a minimum of  30 minutes or until they seem firm enough to cut into squares. Keep in freezer to store. Enjoy!
