1. Grate zucchini. Squeeze out excess liquid.
2. Place the zucchini shreds in a large mixing bowl.Add oats, nut butter, flax seed, honey, and cinnamon to the large bowl. Stir until well combined.
3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. Place them in a container with a lid. Keep refrigerated until ready to eat!
