I'm an osteopath, a certified athletic therapist and an anti-diet health and life coach from Montreal, Canada. I'm the host and founder of the Fall in Love with Fitness podcast, rated top 3% of all podcasts globally.

In this FREE 4-Day Live Training, I’ll be your Coach as I guide you step-by-step through everything you wish you knew about how to tap into your body's fat burning furnace. Shifting your focus away from calories and onto nervous system, you’ll start seeing big changes in your energy, health —and self-worth.

✨ NERVOUS SYSTEM
On day 1 we will geek out a bit and learn all about the nervous system, which decides if it wants your body to store or release excess energy. In other words, body fat. You will leave this session knowing EXACTLY how to make your body unstubborn so it starts to work with you, instead of against you.

✨ HORMONES
