No-Bake Dark Chocolate Walnut Date Bars Naturally Sweet & Delicious
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups pitted Medjool dates (about 12-15)
- 1 cup walnuts
- ½ cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 2 ounces dark chocolate (70% or higher), melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (for topping, optional)

- If the dates are dry, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain.

- In a food processor, blend walnuts and oats until finely ground.
- Add dates, cocoa powder, sea salt, vanilla, and coconut oil.
- Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Press the mixture evenly into the pan using your hands or a spatula.
