Succulent Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped green onions or sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, gluten-free soy sauce or tamari, olive oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger until well combined.

  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and season them with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Pour the honey glaze mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure they are well coated.

  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your salmon fillets.

  6. Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

  7. Serve the honey glazed ginger garlic salmon hot, alongside your favorite gluten-free side dishes like rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables.
