Wholesome Chocolate Happiness: Paleo & Vegan Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced fruits, nuts, coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Avocados: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend: Add cocoa powder, maple syrup or honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender or food processor.

  3. Blend Until Smooth: Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor to ensure everything is well mixed.

  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the pudding and adjust the sweetness or cocoa flavor according to your preference by adding more maple syrup or cocoa powder if needed.

  5. Chill: Transfer the pudding to serving dishes and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow it to set and thicken.

  6. Serve: Once chilled, serve the chocolate pudding topped with your favorite toppings such as sliced fruits, nuts, or coconut flakes.
