These overnight oats make mornings extra easy! I love having them ready to go in the fridge and this version with cinnamon and pear is a real treat! You can enjoy them cold or warmed up!

Method:
1. Combine the oats, almond milk, coconut yogurt, diced pear, chia seeds, maple syrup and cinnamon together and stir to combine.
2. Place all ingredients in a jar or dish that can be sealed. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Eat cold in the morning or warmed up. Depending on how you like the consistency of your oats, you may like to add another splash of almond milk to thin them out.
4. Garnish with extra pear slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon! Enjoy!
