Strawberry and Mango Post Workout Smoothie

Try this deliciously sweet and filling smoothie post workout or as a refreshing drink on a hot day! The chia seeds and hemp protein make this a nutritious and healthy treat!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein (can be found at most health food stores)

Method:

1. Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and mix with a spoon intitially to allow chia seeds to sit in the liquid for approximately 5 minutes. This will help them to gel up!

2. After allowing the mixture to sit for a few minutes, blend the mixture together on a high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
