Oftentimes the goal for training is to lose weight but for B however, putting on weight however was always a challenge. After committing to a full year of training and an emphasis on eating clean, B managed to gain more than 20 lbs of muscle, increased strength, improved posture and influence his entire family to also begin their health and fitness journey and adopt a new lifestyle.

When C started in the Transformation program over a year ago, she couldn’t stand lunges...although they were her least favourite exercise, she never avoided them. With patience and consistency, she began to conquer every variation of lunge there is in our workouts. C is an example of true and inspiration and commitment to self.

At his highest weight, T found himself at 230 lbs and suffered from a lot of hip pain. After many years of training on his own and reaching plateaus, T committed to fuel his training through clean eating and with consistency and discipline he is in the best shape to date at the age of 55. He has almost completely eliminated his hip pain and is excited to see what is next for him in this health and fitness journey!

B was ready to get back to fitness after taking a break due to a knee injury. Through following the program and using the modifications, she was able to regain her fitness quickly and get stronger with each week. She loves the feeling of accomplishment after a tough workout and says having the support of the group made all of the difference. She was blown away by the results she saw in the mirror after only 6 weeks of following the meal plan and is so glad she made the choice to choose to put herself first!
