- 1 tbsp lemon juice: freshly squeezed
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes: optional, for a bit of heat
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Green onions: chopped, for garnish
- Sesame seeds: for garnish

- If using frozen shrimp, thaw them completely.
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
