Smoothie Base Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen pink dragon fruit (pitaya) packet or 1 cup dragon fruit chunks

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or any dairy-free milk)

  • 1 tsp lime juice (optional, for brightness)

  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional, for sweetness)

Toppings:

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 2 tbsp gluten-free granola

  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  • Fresh fruit: banana slices, blueberries, mango chunks

  • Chia seeds or hemp seeds (optional)


🍽️ Instructions:

  1. Blend the smoothie base:
    In a high-speed blender, combine the dragon fruit, banana, mango, coconut milk, lime juice, and sweetener. Blend until thick and smooth. If needed, add a splash more milk, but keep it thick for a scoopable bowl.
