Parsnip Fries

These parsnip fries are a perfect side dish for any meal! The surprising coating of almond butter make these fries extra delicious! You won't be disappointed!

Ingredients:

  • 3 medium parsnips
  • 3 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Peel and cut parsnips into evenly shaped pieces resembling fries. 

2. Mix together almond butter, avocado oil and salt and toss parsnips in the mixture. It is easiest to use your hands to toss them as the mixture is a bit thicker.

3. Line up the fries evenly spaced on a baking sheet and cook at 400 degrees for around 30 minutes until they start to crisp up.
