If you are looking for a new meatless meal ideas, tempeh is a great option! Tempeh is a plant based protein made from fermented soy beans and has a firm texture and a slightly nutty taste. It is easy to marinate and this spicy orange tempeh goes great with a side of coconut rice!

1) Heat the grapeseed oil over medium heat in the pain and brown pieces of tempeh for 2-3 minutes per side.
2) Add the green onion and saute for another 2-3 minutes. Next, sprinkle in the garlic and ginger powder.
3) Stir in the water, orange juice, tamari and chilli sauce. Cook for another few minutes in the pan until the tempeh is coated. Enjoy!
