Sugarless Banana Muffins

These muffins are naturally sweetened with bananas and come out delicious every time!  This recipe calls for eggs but could be substituted with flax egg if you are wanting to make them egg-free! 

Ingredients: 

  • 3 cups almond flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method:

 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare muffin tray with liners.

2. Mix together all of the ingredients leaving out the almond flour until the end.

3. Once mixed well, add in almond flour and stir to combine. 

4. Bake for 28-30 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
